A persons mental health will fluctuate throughout their life. Sometimes a person can be flourishing in life and be living the best they can and other times they may be going ok, struggling or severely impacted by their emotional or mental health.
When things are not going ok a person can feel depressed, anxious and fearful and these feelings may cause disruption to a persons relationships, education, occupation and general wellbeing and functioning.
When you think things could be better, Good Life Psychology Practice will be there to support your mental health and wellbeing through evidence based therapy and counselling to assist you in retuning to a happier healthier life.

A referral is not required to make an appointment. A referral is required if you would like to claim a Medicare rebate for your appointments. Your GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician will need to lodge a mental health treatment plan and write you a referral.
Alternatively, if you do not have a referral through your medical practitioner, you may be able to claim a rebate through your private health fund, however it is not possible to access both a Medicare and private health fund rebate at the same time.
Peggy is registered with Medicare as a specialist Clinical Psychology provider and with various private health funds as a provider of psychological services.
